Reports
Filter leads by operator, source, location and status over a date range — keyed to when they were opened or closed/booked.
Edit operator
Admins can manage settings, templates, operators and see reports. Managers work the leads board.
Insert a template
{Name} becomes the contact's name, {Operator} becomes your signature.
Templates — Txt & Email
Placeholders: {Partner 1} {Partner 2} {Ceremony type} {Ceremony time} {Ceremony Date} {Ceremony Location} {Guest numbers} {Quote} {Date last email was sent} {Operator}. Put optional bits in [square brackets] — they drop out if the placeholder inside is blank, e.g. "Hi {Partner 1}[ & {Partner 2}],".
Email templates have a rich editor — use the toolbar for bold, lists and clickable links (select text, then 🔗). Placeholders still work inside formatted text. (Text templates stay plain.)
